Wattpad Book Cover Illustration & Design

I am writing a romance novel on Wattpad and I need a professional-looking cover to attract more readers. The story is set in Lagos, so I’d like a digital illustration of two people standing on a balcony overlooking the city lights. It needs to have a "dreamy" watercolor effect. I also need the title "Midnight at Lekki" in a beautiful script font.
